  The Property Management Team at Place has been great to deal with. Regardless of who is looking after the rental property someone has always taken the time to help out and get things, especially maintenance, done, in a timely fashion. Definitely worth chatting to Lisa if your a looking to rent your investment property out.

  As someone who has dealt with a few different agencies over the past years as a tenant, I can honestly say that Place is easily the best company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

  We rented a $600 a week property through these guys for 3 years. When we left the lease they weren't happy with the level of exit clean. They then proceeded to use a cleaning company called "just clean it" (which i'm pretty sure they own) and charge $550 for a handful of jobs like "wiping down kitchen bench". Following this they would not lodge the bond return application until the cleaning bill was paid. During the 3 years they would not return our calls or emails. When we wanted to arrange the end of our lease we had to call 6 separate times to get the agent. As a home owner and tenant I would not recommend these guys to either party.

  We are looking at doing some extensions and had an architect over and just found out that one of the rooms wasn't legal height. Place marketed the house as 4 bedroom. One of the bedrooms was 3/4 of a sleep out the other 1/4 was a study. We knew you couldn't even fit a bed in there. So we dismissed this at the time of buying considering it a 3 bedroom home. However the other 'room' we didn't check the ceiling height and trusted Place real estate agents that it was considered a 'legal' bedroom. Now we know we were really sold a 2 bedroom home. So dodgy and disappointing!

  Really hard agency to deal with. Don't get things fixed at all during your occupancy, but when you leave they want to charge you for every bug mark under the sun. Had a bond clean done twice and they still weren't satisfied, noting insignificant items like 'marks on the mirror' that weren't actually there. They gave us a list of things to touch up, told us they will get their own cleaner in for touch ups, and then give us an invoice for $415 - and when I checked the list there we more things added on to the clean. Makes me feel like I've been conned. Also charged us extra rent for not giving the keys back in time while we were trying to organise this 'extra' cleaning for them, but they didn't bother to chase it up or let us know in advance. Hard to please and will give you a hard time about everything. Would NOT recommend renting through them.

  Place has a very professional and friendly team. They were always very responsive to correspondence and made everything clear and transparent. Their emails contained all the relevant information to make my life a lot easier. They were always uninvasive and respectful of my privacy.
